| R.D.D.S. is not responsible for any injuries which might arise to you, your dancer, or anyone within the property lines of the studio. By enrolling and paying fees for you, your child or children to take dance or gymnastics lessons, you assume the risk for any dance or gymnastics related injuries that may occur while on our property. You agree to these terms and waive any claims against Rita’s Dixon Dance Studio, its owners, employees, and teachers which might arise from any participation in any lessons . R.D.D.S. is not responsible for lost articles such as shoes, poms, clothes, etc. Please place your name on your articles with a permanent marker as soon as you receive them. |
