Competition
If for some reason you do not desire to attend dance competition, please
let RITA know immediately. Keep in mind that your dancer may not be
enrolled in the same class as those who are interested in attending
competition. Possible competition classes are: Jr./Sr. Kickline, Little
Kickline, Superpom, Wee Rockettes, & Future Pom.
Your dancer must meet the following two
requirements to attend competition:
1. Must attend majority of Saturday Ballet classes.
2. Purchase a $30 make-up application kit.
This is the eighth year R.D.D.S. is making it easy for everyone to get that
“center stage” look. The make-up application kit includes the make-up
your dancer will be required to wear for all performances. Families can
share make-up kits among their children. The kit will include: 5 color
make-up pallet, barrier spray, glitter dust, shimmer powder, pencil liner,
foam wedges, cotton swabs, powder, mascara, powder puff, make-up
remover cloth, and a plastic case.
Competition groups will need to wear their hair and make-up this way for
ALL performances.
